$400 per night - Seasonal Rate between March 1st thru October 31st
$375 per night, 5 nights or more
$250 per night- Winter Rates (November 1st thru February 28th, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas week which are seasonal rates)
$200 Non Refundable Cleaning Fee per side
$500 Refundable Damage Deposit to book each side
Parking is limited on property. All cars must be off the street. Please call us to discuss parking options if you have more than 3-4 car or trailer length vehicles on either side
The SOUTH SIDE has 4 bedrooms; all 4 have queen beds. In addition, there are 5 twin beds and 1 full sized bed in the family room downstairs. There is 1 couch that would be suitable for one person, and it has a wet bar in the lower family room with microwave and small fridge.
