$400 per night - Seasonal Rate between March 1st thru October 31st
$375 per night, 5 nights or more
$250 per night- Winter Rates (November 1st thru February 28th, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas week which are seasonal rates)
$200 Non Refundable Cleaning Fee per side
$500 Refundable Damage Deposit to book each side
Parking is limited on property. All cars must be off the street. Please call us to discuss parking options if you have more than 3-4 car or trailer length vehicles on either side
The NORTH SIDE has 4 bedrooms; 3 have queen beds, 1 has 4 twin beds. In addition it has a wall bed - queen sized in the living room, 2 additional twin beds in the lower unit, and a queen sized hide-a-bed in the lower family room. It also has 2 couches that would be suitable for one person. The NORTH SIDE has two full kitchens.
